Josh Russell is a post-doctoral fellow in the Pathology Department, University of Washington in Seattle Washington, USA. He received his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas in Austin Texas, USA. As a graduate student in Dr. Jon Pierce’s lab Dr. Russell used C. elegans to study the cellular and molecular basis for humidity sensation. As a post-doctoral fellow in Matt Kaeberleins’s lab he received a F32 Ruth L Kirschstein fellowship for developing C. elegans as a model system for studying extracellular vesicle signaling and Alzheimer’s disease.
