Optical Coherence Tomography Imaging for Assessing Uveitis in a Mouse Model

This video demonstrates an in vivo imaging technique for detecting and quantifying eye inflammation in a mouse model of post-infectious uveitis. The technique, known as optical coherence tomography (OCT), generates high-resolution cross-sectional images of the eye for assessing disease progression.

All procedures involving animal models have been reviewed by the local institutional animal care committee and the JoVE veterinary review board.
