Rapid and Robust Analysis of Cellular and Molecular Polarization Induced by Chemokine Signaling

Chemokine signaling elicits marked alterations of cellular morphology and some important redistributions of intracellular proteins. Here, a rapid and detailed protocol is provided to study these events.
