실험실 동물의 관리 및 사용에 대한 가이드¹ 설치류 생존 수술은 무균적으로 수행될 것을 지시합니다. 무균 기술은 환자 준비, 외과 의사 준비, 기기 및 기타 공급품의 살균, 깨끗하고 통제된 환경 의 사용을 포함하여 수술 부위의 오염을 최소화하는 특정 관행을 활용합니다. 수술 전 계획, 수술 중 모니터링 및 수술 후 치료는 생존 수술에서 동물의 성공적인 회복을 위해 필수적입니다.
