<p class="jove_content">המבדק הזה ב-vivo האדם יכול לשמש כדי ללמוד מתנדבים אדם חולים. דוגמאות נאספים מאתרי רקמות רלוונטי כגון העור באמצעות קטטר מוכנס microdialysis בסביבה נקייה מחיידקים (דיאליזה Dermal, Erlangen, גרמניה). בדוגמה זו היא אוסף של נוזל interstitial של דלקת עור בניסוי במתנדבים אנושיים. אוסף דוגמאות ניתן בשילוב עם בדיקות ניסיוניות אחרות. לדוגמה, ההערכה סימולטני של ביוכימיקלים שוחרר מקומית רגישות סובייקטיבית לגירויים מכאיבים בעור מודלק בניסוי מספק את הקישור קריטי ביוכימיים התנהגותי לזהות סמנים ביולוגיים של כאב ודלקת. Assay שהוצגו האורגניזם האנושי החי מאפשר תובנה מכניסטית לתוך תהליכי רקמות ספציפיות הבסיסית והכאב / או דלקת. השיטה גם מתאימה מאוד כדי לבחון את היעילות של התערבויות קיימות או רומן - כמו לתרופות חדשות - מיקוד הטיפול של מצבים כואבים ו / או דלקתיים. מאמר זה יספק תיאור מפורט על שימוש בטכניקות microdialysis לאיסוף נוזלים ביניים מן הנגע בעור מודלק בניסוי של נבדקי המחקר האנושי. דגימות נוזל ביניים מעובדים בדרך כלל עם סיוע של חרוז זמנית immunoassays מערך המאפשר assaying עד 100 analytes בדגימות קטנות בהיקף כמו 50 מיקרוליטר.</p>
