<p class="jove_content">Bu in vivo insan biyoassay insan gönüllüler ve hastalar çalışma için kullanılabilir. Örnekler aseptik takılı mikrodiyaliz kateterler (Dermal Diyaliz, Erlangen, Almanya) ile deri gibi yerinde doku sitelerinden toplanır. Bu örnekte gösterildiği insan gönüllüler üzerinde yapılan deneysel iltihaplı cilt interstisyel sıvı toplanması. Numune toplama diğer deneysel testler ile kombine edilebilir. Örneğin, aynı anda değerlendirme yerel piyasaya biyokimyasalın ve deneysel iltihaplı deride ağrılı uyaranlara subjektif hassasiyet, ağrı ve inflamasyon biyobelirteçleri tanımlamak için kritik biyokimyasal-davranışçı bağlantı sağlar. Sunan yaşayan insan organizması testi doku ağrısı ve / veya inflamasyon altında yatan spesifik süreçlere mekanistik anlayış sağlar.
