Wegnemen van het hart van de verdoofde ratten snel moeten worden uitgevoerd om myocardischemie te voorkomen. De meest recente in de handel verkrijgbare systemen kunnen informatie geven op zeer hoge resoluties en spatiotemporele waren gebaseerd op custom-built apparatuur in eerste instantie ontwikkeld om de obstakels worden opgelegd door de meer conventionele methoden te overwinnen elektrofysiologische<sup&gt; [1]</sup&gt;. Ontwikkelingen in hoge resolutie en hoge snelheid Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) camera&#39;s en intens-felle, light-emitting diodes (LED&#39;s) als voltage-gevoelige kleurstoffen, optica, en filters zijn begonnen met het elektrisch signaal overname te maken praktisch voor hart-en celbiologen die meer gewend om te werken met microscopen. Hoewel de nieuwste generatie van CMOS-camera&#39;s kunnen verwerven 10.000 frames per seconde op een 16.384 pixel array, afhankelijk van het type van monstervoorbereiding, reeds lang bestaande fluorescentie overname technologieën zoals fotodiode arrays, laser scanning systemen, en gekoelde charged-coupled device (CCD ) camera&#39;s hebben nog een aantal duidelijke voordelen met betrekking tot dynamisch bereik, signaal-ruisverhouding, en quantum efficiency<sup&gt; [1, 3]</sup&gt;. In de huidige studie werden Lewis rattenharten geperfuseerde<em&gt; Ex vivo</em&gt; Met een kristalloïde perfusaat (Krebs-Henseleit-oplossing) bij 37 ° C op een aangepaste Langendorff apparaat.
