<p class="jove_content">Грызун хирургия часто важным компонентом в оценке полезности инженерии тканей. Широкий спектр хирургических операций могут быть выполнены в общих лабораторных крыс или мышей, и эти довольно часто служат промежуточным шагом между настольные эксперименты и больших испытаний на животных или испытания на человеке. Учитывая, что грызуны обеспечить установлено, экономически эффективной, и физиологически соответствующие модели системы, в которой для тестирования новых комбинаций лесов материалов и клеток, они особенно хорошо подходят для сердечно-сосудистых исследований тканевой инженерии. Инженерии тканей имплантируется в AV-паз посредством торакотомии. Для наших целей, Льюис крыс под наркозом и invasively вентилируемые для поддержания положительного давления в дыхательных путях во время стерильные хирургические процедуры. Подход к сердцу осуществляют право торакотомия через передне-боковой разрез на 5<sup&gt; Й</sup&gt; Межреберье. Ткани построить фиксируется в паз А.В., используя один Prolene 7-0 шва и расположен между правого желудочка и предсердия в брюшной части сердца. Эпикарда частично удаляется для прямого контакта между получателем клеток миокарда и те, которые содержатся в инженерии тканей. После имплантации, грудной стенки замкнуто в слоях, любой пневмоторакс эвакуированы, а животное экстубации и обрабатывают обезболивающим.</p>
