large volume (20l+) filtration of coastal seawater samples

<p class="jove_content">工作流程开始与下游微生物群落的沿海海域，养分和微量气体分析的集合。对于这种方法，样品均采自HMS施德Saanich入口经营甲板。此视频文件体积大（≥20 L）的过滤，微生物生物量，0.22μm的直径2.7μm之间不等，从水柱。使用单泵机组配有4个旋转磁头，两个20L样品可同时进行过滤。过滤是在延长旅行领域，或后立即一日游的回报。穿过每一个sterivex过滤装置，重要的是要记录的水量。为了防止生物膜之间的采样人次的形成，所有的过滤设备，必须用稀盐酸和去离子水冲洗，高压灭菌后立即使用。此过程将需要大约5个小时，加上清理的额外小时。</p>
