processing the loblolly pine ptgen2 cdna microarray

PtGen2 is een kenmerk 26496 cDNA microarray met versterkte loblolly grenen EST&#39;s. De array wordt geproduceerd in ons laboratorium voor gebruik door onderzoekers bestuderen van genexpressie in dennen en andere naaldbomen. PtGen2 werd ontwikkeld als een resultaat van onze ontdekking van genen inspanningen in loblolly grenen, en bestaat uit sequenties geïdentificeerd in de eerste plaats van de wortel weefsels, maar ook van de naald en de stengel. 1,2 PtGen2 is getest door het hybridiseren van verschillende gelabelde Cy-dye conifeer doel cDNA , waarbij zowel versterkt en niet-versterkte indirecte labeling methoden, en ook getest met een aantal van de hybridisatie en het wassen voorwaarden. PtGen2 is bedrukt met een eigen afdruk buffer die hoge concentraties van het zout dat kan moeilijk zijn om volledig te verwijderen bevat. De dia&#39;s worden eerst gewassen in een warme SDS-oplossing voorafgaand aan de pre-hybridisatie.
