semi-automated optical heartbeat analysis of small hearts

<p class="jove_content">We hebben een methode ontwikkeld voor het analyseren van snelle optische opnamen van<em&gt; Drosophila</em&gt;, Zebravis en muis embryonale harten (Fink, et. Al.., 2009). Onze Semi-automatische Optical Heartbeat Analyse (Soha) maakt gebruik van een nieuwe beweging detectie-algoritme, dat in staat is om cardiale bewegingen verband gebracht met individuele contractiele en ontspanning bijwerkingen te kunnen waarnemen. Het programma biedt een scala van fysiologisch relevante uitlezingen waaronder de systolische en diastolische intervallen, hartslag, maar ook kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve metingen van hartslag arrhythmicity. Het programma berekent ook het hart een diameter van metingen tijdens zowel de diastole en systole van waaruit fractionele verkorting en fractionele gebied verandert worden berekend. Uitgang wordt geleverd als een digitaal bestand compatibel met de meeste spreadsheetprogramma&#39;s. De metingen worden gemaakt voor iedere hartslag in een recordtijd het verhogen van de statistische power van de output. Tonen we elk van de stappen waar de input van de gebruiker nodig is en tonen de toepassing van onze methodologie voor de analyse van de hartfunctie bij alle drie genetisch handelbaar hart-modellen.</p>
