<p class="jove_content">RNA 간섭 (RNAi)은 살아있는 세포에서 유전자 입을의 시스템입니다. RNAi에 유전자가 상동 짧은 간섭 RNAS을 순서대로 (siRNA) 포스트 transcriptional 상태에서 침묵하고 있습니다. 짧은 헤어핀 RNAS, siRNA에 엽 성의 전구 물질은 세포 유형의 다양한 RNAi 수있게 lentivirus을 사용하여 표현할 수있다. 같은 인간 면역 결핍 바이러스로 Lentiviruses는, 세포를 분리 및 비 분리를 모두 감염을 수 있습니다. 우리는 어떤 패키지 lentiviruses에 절차를 설명합니다. 포장은 DNA 벡터에서 관할 바이러스의 준비를 말합니다.
