Ce document vise à instruire le lecteur dans le montage et le fonctionnement d&#39;un infrarouge microscope en champ proche pour l&#39;imagerie delà de la limite de diffraction. Le apertureless microscope en champ proche est une dispersion de la lumière-type d&#39;instrument qui fournit des spectres infrarouges à une résolution de 20 nm vers. Une liste complète de composants et un protocole étape par étape pour l&#39;utilisation est prévue. Erreurs fréquentes dans l&#39;assemblage et le réglage instrument sont discutées.
