Dieses Papier soll den Leser in die Montage und den Betrieb eines Infrarot-Nahfeld-Mikroskop für die Bildgebung jenseits der Beugungsgrenze zu unterweisen. Die apertureless Nahfeld-Mikroskop ist ein Lichtstreuung-type Instrument, das Infrarot-Spektren liefert bei circa 20 nm Auflösung. Eine vollständige Liste der Komponenten und eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Protokoll für den Einsatz vorgesehen ist. Häufige Fehler in der Montage und Instrument Tuning diskutiert.
