Petits animaux par Résonance Magnétique (IRM) de recherche a émergé comme un élément important de la recherche biomédicale moderne, en raison de sa nature non invasive et la richesse des informations biologiques qu&#39;il fournit. MR ne requiert aucune radiation ionisante et ne peut fournir de façon non invasive de plus haute résolution et un meilleur rapport signal-bruit en comparaison à d&#39;autres modalités tomographiques ou spectroscopiques. Dans ce protocole, nous allons nous concentrer sur de petits animaux IRM et spectroscopie par résonance magnétique (IRM / SRM) pour acquérir de manière non invasive la relaxation pondérés<sup&gt; 1</sup&gt; Images H de souris et d&#39;obtenir<sup&gt; 31</sup&gt; P spectres de muscle de souris. Ce travail ne prétend pas couvrir tous les aspects de petits animaux IRM / SRM, mais introduit plutôt des procédures de base de la souris IRM / SRM expériences. L&#39;objectif principal de ce travail est d&#39;informer les chercheurs des procédures de base pour<em&gt; In vivo</em&gt; Expériences MR sur les petits animaux. L&#39;objectif est de fournir une meilleure compréhension de base des procédures expérimentales pour permettre aux chercheurs nouveaux dans le domaine MR de mieux planifier pour les non-MR composantes de leurs études afin que les deux MR et non-MR procédures sont parfaitement intégrés.
