Kleintier-Magnet-Resonanz-(MR-) Forschung als ein wichtiges Element der modernen biomedizinischen Forschung aufgrund ihrer nicht-invasive Natur und den Reichtum der biologischen Informationen, die sie bietet entstanden. MR benötigt keine ionisierende Strahlung und kann nicht-invasiv eine höhere Auflösung und bessere Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen tomographischen oder spektroskopischen Modalitäten. In diesem Protokoll werden wir uns auf kleine Tier MR-Bildgebung und MR-Spektroskopie (MRI / MRS) Fokus auf nicht-invasiv zu erwerben Entspannung gewichteten<sup&gt; 1</sup&gt; H Bilder von Maus und zu erhalten<sup&gt; 31</sup&gt; P-Spektren der Maus Muskel. Diese Arbeit wird nicht versucht, jeden Aspekt des Kleintier-MRT / MRS decken, sondern eine Einführung in grundlegende Verfahren der Maus MRI / MRS Experimente. Das Ziel ist ein besseres Verständnis der grundlegenden experimentellen Verfahren bereitzustellen, um den Forschern neu auf dem MR-Feld besser planen für Nicht-MR-Komponenten ihres Studiums, so dass beide MR-und Nicht-MR Verfahren nahtlos integriert sind.
