Nous utilisons la magnétoencéphalographie (MEG) et l&#39;électroencéphalographie (EEG) pour localiser et déterminer l&#39;évolution temporelle dans les zones du cerveau impliquées dans le traitement de simples stimuli sensoriels. Nous allons utiliser des stimuli somesthésiques pour localiser les aires somatosensorielles main, des stimuli auditifs pour localiser le cortex auditif, les stimuli visuels dans les quatre quadrants du champ visuel pour localiser les zones début visuelle. Ce type d&#39;expériences sont utilisées pour la cartographie fonctionnelle chez les patients épileptiques et des tumeurs du cerveau pour localiser cortex éloquent. En neurosciences fondamentales similaires protocoles expérimentaux sont utilisés pour étudier l&#39;orchestration de l&#39;activité corticale. Le protocole d&#39;acquisition comprend les procédures d&#39;assurance qualité, la préparation sujet pour le MEG combinée / étude EEG, et a évoqué l&#39;acquisition de données avec-réponse somatosensoriel, auditif et les stimuli visuels. Nous démontrons également l&#39;analyse des données en utilisant l&#39;équivalent actuel modèle dipolaire et corticale limitées au minimum-norme estimations. Anatomique des données d&#39;IRM sont employées dans l&#39;analyse pour la visualisation et de calcul des limites des frontières de tissus pour la modélisation de l&#39;avant et l&#39;emplacement cortical et les contraintes d&#39;orientation pour les estimations minimales-norme.
