<p class="jove_content">Haemagglutination היא צורה ספציפית של התלכדות והוא משמש כאשר נוגדנים נקשרים לתאי דם אדומים, אשר פועלים כמו אנטיגן חלקיקי. כדוריות דם אדומות מטרות שימושי במיוחד כאשר הם זמינים ו התלכדות הוא הנצפה באמצעות בעין בלתי מזוינת. טכניקה זו משמשת בדרך כלל כדי לקבוע את titre של נוגדן (AB), עבור קיבוץ דם וכימות ויראלי. בסרטון הזה, השלבים מעורבים בהכנת וביצוע assay haemagglutination מודגמת באמצעות נוגדנים ספציפיים לקבוצת דם A-אנטיגנים להוסיף כדוריות דם אדומות (Revercells).
