Dieser Artikel beschreibt und vergleicht die Fettpolster Genehmigungsverfahren durch DeOme KB et al. 1 und die schonende Verfahren Brill B et al. 2, gefolgt von der Brustepithelzellen Transplantation. Die Mamma-Transplantation wird häufig von Mamma Biologen verwendet, weil es nutzt die Tatsache, dass bedeutende Entwicklung der Milch-Epithel nicht bis nach der Pubertät auftreten. Am Alter von 3 Wochen wird das Wachstum der Brustepithelzellen Baum bis in die Nähe der Brustwarze beschränkt und das Fettpolster ist weitgehend frei von Mamma-Epithel, sondern durch Alter von 7 Wochen der epithelialen duktalen Baum erstreckt sich über die gesamte Fettpolster. Deshalb, wenn diese kleiner Teil der Fettpolster mit Epithel, die Region zwischen die Brustwarze und den Lymphknoten, im Alter von 3 Wochen entfernt wird, wird die endogene Epithel nie bevölkern die Brustfettpolster und die Fettpolster als &quot;cleared beschrieben &quot;. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kann Mamma Epithel aus einer anderen Quelle in den geräumten Fettpolster, wo es das Potenzial hat, Mamma-duktales Bäume durch die Fettpolster zu erweitern transplantiert werden. Dieses Verfahren wurde in vielen experimentellen Modellen einschließlich der Prüfung von Tumor-Phänotyp in transgenen Brustepithelzellen Gewebe ohne die verwirrende Wirkung des Genotyps auf das gesamte Tier 3 verwendet worden, bei der Identifizierung von Mamma-Stammzellen durch die Transplantation von Zellen in limitierter Verdünnung 4,5, Bestimmung wenn hyperplastische Knötchen an Mammatumoren vor 6 und um die Wirkung der vor Hormon-Exposition auf das Verhalten der Milch-Epithel 7,8 zu bewerten. Drei Wochen alte Host-Mäuse sind betäubt, gereinigt und zurückhaltend auf einer chirurgischen Bühne. Ein mittsagittale Schnitt durch die Haut, aber nicht das Bauchfell, die sich vom Schambein bis zum Brustbein. Schrägschnitte werden durch die Haut aus der Mitte des sagittalen Schnitt über dem Becken in Richtung jedem Bein. Die Haut wird vom Peritoneum bis zum 4. inguinal Brustdrüse freizulegen. Die Fettpolster wird durch Entfernen der Fettpolster Gewebe anterior der Lymphknoten gelöscht. Epithel-Fragmente oder Epithelzellen sind in den verbleibenden gelöscht Fettpolster transplantiert und die Maus ist geschlossen.
