L'Hi-C metodo consente l'identificazione imparziali, genoma delle interazioni della cromatina (1). Hi-C coppie legatura di prossimità e di sequenziamento massicciamente parallelo. I dati ottenuti possono essere usati per studiare architettura genomica alle scale multiple: risultati iniziali identificate caratteristiche come territori cromosoma, la segregazione della cromatina aperti e chiusi, e la struttura della cromatina alla scala megabase.
