<p class="jove_content">Eine magnetische Modulation Biosensorik System (MMB) [1,2] schnell und homogen erkannt biologischer Targets bei niedrigen Konzentrationen ohne Waschen oder Trennschritt. Wenn die IL-8 Target anwesend war, eine &quot;sandwich&#39;-basierter Assay magnetische Beads mit IL-8 Fänger-Antikörper an gekoppelten fluoreszierenden Proteins über die IL-8 Target und einem biotinylierten IL-8-Antikörper Streptavidin. Die magnetischen Beads werden in schwingende Bewegung durch Anlegen einer Wechselspannung Magnetfeldgradienten durch zwei elektromagnetische Pole manövriert.
