Metastaz, kanser hastalarının ölüm önde gelen nedenidir. Metastaz mekanizmasını anlamak için, deneysel bir metastaz tahlil bağışık yetmezliği olan farelere kullanılarak kurulmuştur. Bu makale, numune hazırlama, intravenöz enjeksiyon ve akciğer metastaz hücreleri kültür de dahil olmak üzere, bu testte yer alan usul çizmektedir. Kısaca, insan kanser hücreleri önceden belirlenmiş bir sayı hazırlanmıştır.<em&gt; In vitro</em&gt; Ve doğrudan dolaşıma kuyruk damarları aracılığıyla bağışık yetmezliği olan farelere enjekte edildi.
