<p class="jove_content">אדם בתאי גזע pluripotent (hPSCs) הכוללים בתאי גזע עובריים אנושיים (hESCs) האדם הנגרמת גזע pluripotent תאים (hiPSCs) הם מקורות תא מרגש עקב התחדשות עצמית שלהם יכולות בלתי מוגבלות הפוטנציאל שלהם להתמיין לסוגי תאים שונים. המדינה pluripotent של hPSCs נבחנת בדרך כלל על ידי טכניקות כגון qPCR, immunocytochemistry, ועל ידי אחרים<em&gt; במבחנה</em&gt; ו<em&gt; In vivo</em&gt; בידול אסטרטגיות לתוך תאים מסוגים שונים. בין אלה, טכניקות immunocytochemical פותחו לאפיון שגרתית של המדינה מובחן של hPSCs מבוסס על ניתוח של סמנים ביולוגיים המועמד תאיים על פני קרום התא. בהתחשב בעובדה hPSCs לגדול מושבות, בעיות המתעוררות לכימות ביטוי של סמנים אלה ברמת התא היחיד על בסיס שגרתי.
