Dans cette étude, nous utilisons le floral dip méthode pour transformer un gène rapporteur,<em&gt; Β-glucuronidase (GUS)</em&gt;, Sous le contrôle de<em&gt; TSO2</em&gt; Promoteur.<em&gt; TSO2</em&gt;, Codant pour la ribonucléotide réductase (RNR) petite sous-unité<sup&gt; 3</sup&gt;, Est un gène du cycle cellulaire réglementé essentielle pour la biosynthèse PMDN dans la phase S du cycle cellulaire. L&#39;examen des<em&gt; GUS</em&gt; Expression transgénique dans les<em&gt; Arabidopsis</em&gt; Semis montre que<em&gt; TSO2</em&gt; Est exprimé dans les tissus en division active. La méthode expérimentale et de matériaux rapportés peuvent être facilement adaptés non seulement pour la recherche mais aussi pour l&#39;éducation à l&#39;école secondaire et du collégial.
