الجزء 1 : الغرض : لشرح أسلوب القص capsulorhexis استخدام القوات في الغالب مع مبضع المثانة على محاكاة الواقع الافتراضي وعلى العين البشرية. الجزء 2 : طريقة : الخطوات التالية : <ol style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> أسلوبنا تتضمن إنشاء الأولي المسيل للدموع المحفظة الأمامية مع مبضع المثانة لرفع رفرف. </li><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> ومن ثم غادر رفرف تكشفت على سطح العدسة. </li><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> إمالة رأس مبضع المثانة أفقيا وتعمل على رفرف بالقرب من الحافة الأمامية للالمسيل للدموع. </li><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> يتم نقل مبضع المثانة بطريقة دائرية لتوجيه القوات النواقل. </li><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> واجتاحت باستمرار رفرف فضفاضة نحو الوسط بحيث لا يحجب رأي على حافة التمزق. </li><li style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> إعادة إشراك الإبرة إلى حافة تمزق في كثير من الأحيان لخلق الحجم المناسب capsulorhexis انحنائي المستمر. </li></ol> الجزء 3 : النتائج : أسلوبنا في الاستفادة من الحد من التشويه جرح القرنية واللاحقة انهيار الغرفة الأمامية. يتم نقل capsulorhexis رفرف بعيدا عن حافة المسيل للدموع مما يؤدي السماح لأفضل تصور لاتجاه المسيل للدموع. هذه التقنية تتيح السيطرة متفوقة من capsulorhexis عن طريق السماح للجراح لتغيير اتجاه المسيل للدموع لتحقيق حجم capsulorhexis المطلوب.
