Tumour 세포는 비장의 각 절반 작은 꽃자루 그대로 혈관을두고 두로 비장과 분할의 동원을 통해 지역화된 간 종양을 유발하는 간을 위해 특별히 관리하고 있습니다. constitutively 반딧불의 루시페라제 유전자 (luc1)를 표현 루이스 폐 암종 세포는 다음 10 분 후 resected 하나 헤미 - 비장에 주사를하고 있습니다. 다른 헤미 - 비장은 그대로 왼쪽 복부에 반환됩니다. 간 종양의 성장은 IVIS 온 몸이 이미징 시스템을 사용 bioluminescence 이미징에 의해 모니터할 수 있습니다.
