Fremstilling af siRNA-blanding til mitokondriel DNA-syntese

<p>Til at begynde med skal du forberede en 140 nanomolær blanding af lille interfererende RNA eller siRNA ved at fortynde siRNA'et i optimalt medium. Tilsæt de fem mikroliter af den fortyndede blanding til brøndene i en sort 384 brøndcellekulturmikroplade. Forbered den passende mængde RNAiMAX transfektionsreagensopløsning i optimalt medium, og tilsæt 10 mikroliter til hvert hul i 384-brøndpladen med en reagensdispenser.</p>
