Combinaison de billes de polystyrène fonctionnalisées à l’amine avec une solution TCPP

<p>Commencez par ajouter 4,3 millilitres de solution tampon MES 0,1 molaire à un tube en polypropylène de 15 millilitres. Ajoutez ensuite 288 microlitres de suspension de billes de polystyrène fonctionnalisées aux amines vortex au tube en polypropylène de 15 millilitres contenant le tampon MES. Vortex de la solution de billes MES pendant 15 secondes à la vitesse maximale.</p><p>Ensuite, vortex la solution TCPP d’un milligramme par millilitre pendant 60 secondes à la vitesse maximale. Ajoutez ensuite 1,2 millilitre de cette solution à la suspension du cordon MES. Après avoir vortex la suspension résultante pendant 15 secondes, couvrir le tube avec du papier d’aluminium.</p>
