测定红景天苷处理的 MCF-7 细胞中 Na+-K+-ATP 酶和 Ca 2+-mg2+-ATP 酶活性

使用二辛可宁酸试剂盒，按照制造商的说明测量裂解的 MCF-7 细胞的蛋白质浓度。将裂解的细胞样品加入 96 孔板中的相应组中。然后，加入工作溶液，在 37 摄氏度下孵育 5 分钟。最后，在功能性酶标仪中测量 636 纳米处的光密度值。红景天苷限制了钠钾ATP酶和钙ATP酶的酶活力，表明其在促进线粒体功能障碍方面的潜在作用。
