Bestämning av cellviabiliteten hos TMEM200A siRNA-transfekterade HGC-27-cellinjer med hjälp av CCK-8-analyser

Börja med att så HGC-27-celler i gott tillväxttillstånd i 96-brunnars plattor. Frö de transfekterade cellerna i 96-brunnars plattor uppdelade i negativa kontroll- och TMEM200A siRNA-grupper. Inkubera cellerna vid 37 grader Celsius.Efter specifika tidsintervall, tillsätt CCK-8-reagens till varje brunn och inkubera vid 37 grader Celsius i två timmar. Mät slutligen absorbansen vid 450 nanometer med hjälp av en multifunktionell enzymetikett. CCK-8-analyserna visade att TMEM200A knockdown-grupperna uppvisade en anmärkningsvärd minskning av cellviabiliteten jämfört med den negativa kontrollgruppen.
