<p class="jove_content"> Composite weefsel allotransplantatie (CTA) vertegenwoordigt nu een geldig therapeutische optie na het verlies van een hand, onderarm of cijfers en is uitgegroeid tot een nieuwe therapeutische entiteit in de reconstructieve chirurgie. Echter, op lange termijn een hoge dosis multi-drug immunosuppressieve therapie nodig is om te enten overleven, met het risico van ernstige bijwerkingen die een bredere toepassing halters. Verdere progressie op dit gebied kan afhangen van een beter begrip van de fundamentele immunologie en ischemie-reperfusie schade in samengestelde weefsel enten. </p><p class="jove_content"> Tot op heden orthotopische achterste ledematen transplantatie bij ratten heeft de voorkeur knaagdier model voor reconstructieve transplantatie (RT) is, is het echter een bijzonder veeleisende procedure die buitengewone microchirurgische vaardigheden vereist voor de herbevestiging van vaatstelsel, botten, spieren en zenuwen. </p><p class="jove_content"> Hebben we het vasculaire manchet anastomose techniek om dit model, waardoor een snelle en betrouwbare benadering van de achterste ledematen transplantatie rat. Deze techniek vereenvoudigt en verkort de chirurgische ingreep en stelt chirurgen met basis microchirurgische ervaring om succesvol uitvoeren van de operatie met een hoge overleving en lage complicatie tarieven. De techniek lijkt goed geschikt voor immunologische en ischemie-reperfusie schade (IRI) studies. </p>
