<p class="jove_content"> Allotransplantation de tissus composites (ATC) représente désormais une option thérapeutique valable après la perte d&#39;une main, l&#39;avant-bras ou de chiffres et est devenu une entité thérapeutique nouvelle dans la chirurgie reconstructrice. Cependant, à long terme de fortes doses de plusieurs médicaments immunosuppresseurs est nécessaire pour assurer la survie du greffon, portant le risque d&#39;effets secondaires graves qui licols application plus large. Progression de plus dans ce domaine peuvent dépendre meilleure compréhension de l&#39;immunologie fondamentale et de lésions de reperfusion d&#39;ischémie dans les greffes de tissus composites. </p><p class="jove_content"> À ce jour, la transplantation orthotopique des membres postérieurs chez le rat a été le modèle de rongeur préféré pour la reconstruction de transplantation (RT), cependant, il est une procédure extrêmement exigeant qui demande des compétences de microchirurgie extraordinaire pour le rattachement de la vascularisation, les os, les muscles et les nerfs. </p><p class="jove_content"> Nous avons introduit la technique de la coiffe des anastomosés à ce modèle, offrant une approche rapide et fiable à la transplantation chez le rat des membres postérieurs. Cette technique simplifie et raccourcit la procédure chirurgicale et permet aux chirurgiens ayant l&#39;expérience de microchirurgie de base pour réaliser avec succès l&#39;opération avec la survie élevé et faible taux de complications. La technique semble être bien adapté pour immunologiques ainsi que l&#39;ischémie reperfusion (IRI) des études. </p>
