rhoc gtpase activation assay

RhoC GTPase tem homologia de 91% para RhoA GTPase. Devido à sua prevalência nas células, muitos reagentes e técnicas para RhoA GTPase têm sido desenvolvidos. No entanto, RhoC GTPase é expressa em células de câncer metastático em níveis relativamente baixos. Por isso, poucos RhoC-reagentes específicos têm sido desenvolvidos. Nós adaptamos um ensaio de ativação Rho GTPase para detectar RhoC. Esta técnica utiliza um GST-Rho proteína de fusão de ligação de domínio para retirar GTPase RhoC ativo.
