<p class="jove_content"> La partie la plus critique de cette étude est le processus électrofilage. Lorsque vous utilisez un 3-1 d&#39;entrée-sortie de buse, arquées et la perte de charge peut se produire. tri-layered electrospinning to mimic native arterial architecture using polycaprolactone, elastin, and collagen: a preliminary study

<p class="jove_content"> Tout au long de l&#39;artère native, le collagène et l&#39;élastine joue un rôle important, fournissant une dorsale mécanique, empêchant rupture de la cuve, et de promouvoir la récupération sous des déformations pulsatile. L&#39;objectif de cette étude était d&#39;imiter la structure de l&#39;artère native en fabriquant un conduit électrofilé multicouche composé de poly (caprolactone) (PCL) avec l&#39;ajout d&#39;élastine et de collagène avec des mélanges de 45-45-10, 55-35 - 10 et 65-25-10 PCL-ELAS-COL afin de démontrer les propriétés mécaniques du tissu artériel indicatives indigènes, tout en restant favorable à la régénération des tissus. Greffes et les différentes couches entières ont été analysées à l&#39;aide d&#39;essais de traction uniaxiale, la compliance dynamique, la rétention de suture, et résistance à l&#39;éclatement. Les résultats de conformité a révélé que les changements de la couche moyenne / médiane globale a changé le comportement du greffon avec l&#39;ensemble des valeurs le respect du greffon allant de 0,8 - 2,8% / 100 mmHg, alors que les résultats ont démontré une large uniaxiale module moyenne de 2,0 à 11,8 MPa. Tant les données et la conformité module affiché des valeurs dans la plage de l&#39;artère native. La modélisation mathématique a été mis en œuvre pour montrer comment les changements dans la rigidité couche d&#39;affecter la tension pariétale globale circonférentielle, et comme une aide à la conception pour réaliser la meilleure combinaison mécanique des matériaux. Globalement, les résultats indiquent que la greffe peut être conçu pour imiter une structure à trois couches en modifiant les propriétés de couche. </p>
