fabrication of micro-tissues using modules of collagen gel containing cells

Este protocolo descreve a fabricação de um tipo de micro-tecidos chamados de módulos. A abordagem módulo gera uniforme, tecidos escalável e vascularizada. Os módulos podem ser feitas de colágeno, bem como outros materiais gelable ou reticulável. Eles são cerca de 2 mm de comprimento e 0,7 mm de diâmetro sobre a fabricação, mas encolher de tamanho com células incorporado ou quando os módulos são revestidos com células endoteliais.
