Die mikroskopische Analyse von γH2AX Herde, die im Anschluss an die Phosphorylierung von H2AX an Ser-139 in Reaktion auf DNA-Doppelstrangbrüche zu bilden, hat sich zu einem wertvollen Werkzeug in der Strahlenbiologie. Hier haben wir ein Antikörper gegen mono-methylierte Histon H3 an Lysin 4 als epigenetische Marker aktiv Transkription Euchromatin, um die räumliche Verteilung der Strahlung induzierten γH2AX Bildung innerhalb des Zellkerns zu bewerten.
