Utfall: Symptomatisk meatal stenos är frustrerande för barnet och familjen. surgical management of meatal stenosis with meatoplasty

Meatal stenos är en vanlig urologiska komplikationer efter omskärelse. Barn presentera sin primärvårdsläkare med klagomål om avvikit urin ström, svåra att målet, smärtsam urinering och kissa. Kliniska prov visar en peka meatus och om barnet blir ombedd att kissa, kommer han vanligtvis har en uppåtgående, tunna, ibland kraftfullt urin ström med ofullständig blåstömning. Grunden för förvaltningen är meatoplasty (rekonstruktion av den distala urinröret / meatus). Denna pedagogiska video kommer att visa hur detta utförs.
