이 비디오 프로토콜, 절차로 시연 아르 (1), 교양 모기 세포의 Wolbachia의 symbionts을 정화 (2) 정화 Wolbachia의 생존을 확인하는 형광 분석을 사용하고 (3) 세포없는 배지에서 지금 세포외 Wolbachia을 유지 . 정화 Wolbachia는 세포 단계에서 살아 남아 있지만 진핵 세포로 다시 주사까지 복제하지 않습니다. 이러한 방식으로 정화 세포 Wolbachia는 실온에서 적어도 일주일 가능한 유지, 그리고 아마도 더 이상합니다. 정화 Wolbachia는 마이크로 사출, DNA 추출 및 기타 응용 프로그램에 적합합니다.
