state-dependency effects on tms:  a look at motive phosphene behavior

La stimulation magnétique transcrânienne (TMS) est un neurostimulation non invasives et technique de neuromodulation qui peut transitoirement ou durablement moduler l&#39;excitabilité corticale (soit en augmentant ou en la diminuant) via l&#39;application d&#39;impulsions de champ magnétique localisé 1,2. Dans le domaine de la TMS, le terme dépendance envers l&#39;État se réfère à la première, l&#39;état initial de la région particulière de neurones ciblées pour la stimulation. Comme on peut le déduire, les effets de la TMS peut (et ne) varient en fonction de cette susceptibilité primaires et la réactivité de la zone ciblée corticale. 3,4,5 Dans cette expérience, nous allons examiner ce concept de dépendance envers l&#39;État à travers la élicitation et de l&#39;expérience subjective des phosphènes motif. Les phosphènes sont visuellement perçu des éclairs de petites lumières déclenchée par des impulsions électromagnétiques au cortex visuel. Ces petites lumières peuvent assumer les caractéristiques modifiées en fonction du type de cortex visuel est stimulé. Dans cette étude particulière, nous allons cibler phosphènes motif comme suscité par la stimulation de V1/V2 et les régions V5/MT + visuels complexes 6.
