Ces dernières années, les programmes axés sur la charité et l&#39;octroi de subventions allouées ont contribué à l&#39;établissement de certaines pratiques dans des domaines cliniques excellentes ressources limitées de la planète avec le VIH charge élevée. Les programmes d&#39;antirétroviraux ont réussi à réduire la mortalité et sont maintenant lancé à plus CD4 2,3. Il ya déjà des indications que ces nouvelles mesures va diminuer la propagation de l&#39;infection par le VIH 4,5, malgré l&#39;absence d&#39;un vaccin contre le VIH-spécifiques. Dans notre vidéo, nous documentons que lorsque le suivi des patients sous ARV, ces techniques peuvent être mieux ciblées et à devenir plus rentable que celle observée dans la pratique de routine effectués dans l&#39;ouest de laboratoires (liste 1). La réponse appropriée consiste à établir des services économiquement saine avec une meilleure coordination et une évaluation plus stricte de la qualité interne que vu dans les pays occidentaux.
