Intubazione a fibre ottiche nei pazienti pediatrici è spesso richiesto soprattutto nelle vie aeree difficili della sindromica Sindrome cioè pazienti Pierre Robin. Bambini piccoli si desaturare molto rapidamente se la ventilazione è interrotto principalmente ad alto tasso metabolico. Abbiamo descritto le linee guida per eseguire una intubazione sicuro fibre ottiche, pur mantenendo la respirazione spontanea durante tutta la procedura. Passi che richiedono l&#39;uso di pompe propofol, fentanil, glicopirrolato, catetere di gomma rossa, insuflation gancio in metallo, Afrin, lubrificante e lidocaina spruzzo sono mostrati.
