guidelines for elective pediatric fiberoptic intubation

Fiberoptic интубации у детей часто требуется особенно в трудных дыхательных путей синдромного пациентов т.е. синдром Пьера Робина. Маленькие дети будут обесцветить очень быстро, если вентиляция прерывается главным образом высокой скорости обмена веществ. Мы описываем руководящие принципы для выполнения безопасной волоконно-оптических интубации при сохранении спонтанного дыхания в течение всей процедуры. Шаги, требующие применения пропофола насос, фентанил, гликопирролат, красный резиновый катетер, крюк металл insuflation, Afrin, смазки и лидокаин спрей показаны.
