미국 (사냥)의 사망 원인을 선도하는 심장 마비와 함께, 생명 의학 연구 심혈관 질환에 대한 치료법의 발전을 필수적입니다. 이러한 심근 경색 (MI)과 심장 마비뿐만 아니라 심장 비대 및 심장 마비를 (골드만 및 Tarnavski) 유도 압력 과부하 (가로 대동맥 수축)을 유도 국소 빈혈 - reperfusion (IR)와 같은 인간의 심장 질환을 모방 동물 모델, 유용한 모델은 심혈관 질환을 연구하는 것입니다. 특히, 심근 국소 빈혈 (MI)는 같은 수술 개입 (Thygesen)를 통해 동맥 경화와 트리 트먼트로 관리하는 특정 위험 요인에도 불구하고 심장 혈관 병적 상태와 사망률의 주요 원인이다. 또한, 심근 국소 빈혈에 (MI) 결과를 다음과 myocardium의 급성 손실이 심실 infarcted 국경 지역의 리모델링 및 원격 아닌 infarcted myocardium을 유도 조건을 로딩 증가했다.
