mouse bladder wall injection

Muis blaaswand injectie is een nuttige techniek om orthotopically studeren blaas verschijnselen, zoals stamcelonderzoek, glad spierweefsel, en kanker biologie. Voordat u begint met injecties, moet het operatiegebied worden gereinigd met water en zeep en antiseptische oplossing. Chirurgische apparatuur moet vóór gebruik worden gesteriliseerd en tussen elk dier. Elke muis is geplaatst onder ingeademd isofluraan anesthesie (2-5% voor inductie, 1-3% voor onderhoud) en de blaas blootgesteld door het maken van een middellijn incisie in de buik met een schaar. Als de blaas vol is, is het gedeeltelijk gedecomprimeerd door zachte knijpen tussen twee vingers. De celsuspensie van belang is intramuraal geïnjecteerd in de wand van de blaas koepel met behulp van een 29 of 30 gauge naald en een cc of kleiner spuit. De wond wordt dan gesloten met behulp van clips wond en de muis om te herstellen op een warming pad.
