Fare mesane duvarında enjeksiyonu, kök hücre, düz kas ve kanser biyolojisi dahil olmak üzere mesane olgu, orthotopically incelemek için yararlı bir tekniktir. Enjeksiyonlar başlamadan önce, cerrahi alanda, su ve sabunla ve antiseptik solüsyon ile temizlenmesi gerekir. Cerrahi teçhizat kullanımdan önce ve her hayvan arasında sterilize edilmelidir. Her bir fare inhale izofluran anestezi altında yerleştirilir (indüksiyon için% 2-5, bakım için% 1-3) ve mesane makas ile karın orta hat kesi yaparak maruz kalmaktadır.
