פיתוח circuitries עצבי תנועה ניתן ללמוד באמצעות מכרסם בילוד חוט השדרה המרכזי דפוס גנרטור (CPG) התנהגות. אנו להדגים שיטה לייצר אלקטרודות שאיבה המשמשים לבחינת פעילות CPG, או תנועה פיקטיבי, על מיתרי מכרסם גזור השדרה. מיתרי מכרסם השדרה ממוקמים הנוזל השדרתי מלאכותי לשורשי הגחון נמשכים אל האלקטרודה יניקה. אלקטרודה בנויה על ידי שינוי אלקטרודה יניקה זמינים מסחרית. חוט כסף כבד משמש במקום חוט תקן שניתן על ידי האלקטרודה זמינים מסחרית. קצה הזכוכית על האלקטרודה מסחרי מוחלף עם קצה פלסטיק עמידות מוגברת. אנחנו מכינים אלקטרודות נמשך יד אלקטרודות עשויות בגדלים מסוימים של צינורות, המאפשר שחזור עקביות. הנתונים נאספו באמצעות מגבר ורכישת תוכנה neurogram. הקלטות מבוצעות על שולחן האוויר בתוך כלוב פאראדיי כדי למנוע הפרעות מכניות וחשמליות, בהתאמה.
