Çeşitli kardiyak doku mühendisliği teknikleri, yerli veya biyoyapay ya iskele malzemeleri, örneğin fibrin ve kollajen gibi hidrojeller, kardiyak miyositler miyosit mono tabakaları 1 tuzak ve istifleme kullanarak iskele stratejileri de dahil olmak üzere geçmiş yıllarda takip edilmiştir .
