Humanos γδ células T pueden reconocer y responder a una amplia variedad de estrés inducido por antígenos, por lo tanto el desarrollo de una amplia actividad innata anti-tumoral y anti-infecciosos. 1 La mayoría de las células γδ T en sangre periférica tienen el receptor de células T Vγ9Vδ2. Por lo tanto, las células γδ T son células efectoras candidato atractivo para la inmunoterapia del cáncer.
