Noncontact retinale blodgennemstrømningen målinger udføres med en Fourier-domæne optisk kohærens tomografi (OCT) system ved hjælp af en circumpapillary dobbelt cirkulær scanning (CDCS), der scanner omkring synsnerven på 3,40 mm og 3,75 mm diameter.
