Rétiniennes sans contact mesure du débit de sang sont effectuées avec un domaine de Fourier tomographie par cohérence optique (OCT) en utilisant un système à double circumpapillary circulaire de balayage (CDCS) qui balaye autour de la tête du nerf optique à 3,40 mm et 3,75 mm de diamètre. Les cercles concentriques doubles sont effectuées 6 fois consécutivement plus de 2 sec. Le balayage CDCS est enregistré avec des informations de décalage Doppler à partir de laquelle l&#39;écoulement peut être calculé. Le protocole clinique standard appelle pendant 3 CDCS numérisations effectuées avec le faisceau octobre passant par le bord nasal supérieur de l&#39;élève et 3 CDCS numériser à travers la pupille inferonal. Ce protocole assure la double angle que l&#39;angle Doppler acceptable est obtenue sur chaque vaisseau de branche rétinienne dans au moins 1 cycle. Les données de numérisation CDCS, un 3-dimensions volumétrique de balayage OCT de l&#39;analyse du disque optique, et une photo couleur du disque optique sont utilisés ensemble pour obtenir la rétine de mesure du flux sanguin sur un oeil. Nous avons développé un logiciel de mesure du flux sanguin appelé &quot;Doppler optiqueal tomographie par cohérence de la circulation rétinienne &quot;(DOCTORC). Ce logiciel semi-automatisé est utilisé pour mesurer le débit total sanguin rétinien, aire de la section transversale navire, et la vitesse moyenne de sang. Le débit de chaque navire est calculée à partir du décalage Doppler de la croix navire aire de section et de l&#39;angle Doppler entre le navire et le faisceau octobre totale de mesure du flux sanguin rétinien est résumée dans les veines autour de la papille optique. Les résultats obtenus lors de notre centre de lecture Doppler octobre a montré une bonne reproductibilité entre les évaluateurs et méthodes (&lt;10% ). Total flux sanguin rétinien pourrait être utile dans le traitement du glaucome, d&#39;autres maladies de la rétine, et les maladies rétiniennes. Chez les patients de glaucome, OCT de mesure du flux sanguin rétinien est fortement corrélée à la perte du champ visuel (R 2&gt; 0,57 avec déviation domaine motif visuel) . Doppler TCO est une nouvelle méthode pour effectuer une mesure rapide, sans contact, et reproductible du flux sanguin rétinien total de l&#39;aide largement disponibles Fourier-OCT dans le domaine instrumentation. Cette nouvelle technologie peut améliorer la pratique de la prise de ces mesures dans les études cliniques et la pratique clinique de routine.
